Let customers know that you can put an end date to their membership before the start of their 13th month so they will not be charged for anything past the year mark.

Single Generator Maintenance Membership Agreement
– One-Time Maintenance to include the following:
• 48hr Guaranteed Service **Does NOT include service repair cost outside of normal maintenance**
• 100% Daily Monitor of Generator
• Clean and Inspect Generator System

A Horizon tune up included:
a 21 point inspection where we inspected burners, venting,
Lubricated components, checked temps/pressures, refrigerant levels,
we inspected the electrical components,
Checked drain systems, pumps and checking heat exchanger for cracks
We'll look over the filter and if it's a standard filter we'll replace it,
we'll check belts pulleys and motors, inspecting controls and safety switches.​

​WMA gold were normally given during a install. the length of the gold plan did change. you can typically find the length on the proposal if that is attached unfortunately it is looking like a lot didn't get attached during the merger, and if it's not attached we can typically find a picture of it attached to the account and it should say how many years of maintenances were offered, this could have been 1,3,5, or 10 years offered​​​​​​
