Google LSA Leads is a service we pay for to help bring new business to our company. It is very important that we stay on top of these leads to capture every opportunity possible. SPEED TO LEAD!!

 

In the beginning you will need to log in, and get a Verification code from Sunni. Once you log in Bookmark the link so you’ll always have quick access to it.

We need to check on these as many times as you can throughout the day.  E-mails are sent to the contactus shared inboxes as well.

Each store will have three leads to click on.  HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We need to only pay attention to the Messages only. Ignore the ones that say Phone. Those customers call us.

Click on Bold Message, these will be unread and will need to be handled.

We always need to be the last person to respond to the customer. Please make sure you include your name when responding so everyone knows who was handling the request.

If there is a phone number:

  • Respond to the chat. Thank customer for reaching out and let them know you are giving them a call.

  • If you don’t reach customer, please leave a message.  Then follow up on Google leads asking customer to provide all contract information so you can get them on the schedule.

If there is not a phone number, you will need to get all contact information to create a profile.  

  • First & Last name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Property address

You will need to stay on top on the Google leads to make sure we are responding back them quickly.

Once you book an appointment for the customer. Mark the job as Booked. You will need to put in the date of the appointment.

If you get in contact with the customer, and they no longer need service Select Archive. This will remove them from the list.
