FYI:  Ted's did not use to be Carolina Air - they are now under new management.  They had a sister location - Triangle Heating and Cooling - that closed down in 2025.

We did not acquire the company itself, any of its debts or any of its prior contractual obligations. Carolina Air- with was a sister company to Triangle now under new ownership only handles new builds- their contact information has changed. Their new # is 984-733-9001"

If a customer calls about old warranties, previous contracts, or past obligations with Triangle, kindly explain that Ted's only acquired the customer relationships, not the company itself. However, we'd love the opportunity to help with any current or future service needs!
