Booking a Cross Trade Job

Create informed customers by making sure everyone calling us  knows that we offer multiple trades!

  •  "Oh, by the way - did you know that we also have HVAC/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL?

  •  "Oh, by the way - we have a (reference monthly specials found on website) 

  •  "Before I let you go, do you have any clogged drains?  We have plumbers available next        week?

  • "Before I let you go, do you have any loose outlets?  We have electricians who could come help you with that?

Get Creative with it!  Each cross trade appointment booked using this technique is $15!

Book the first job using the campaign that the call came in on - do not change this. 

Book the second (must be a service/sales appointment - NOT Maintenances) using the appropriate CSR Cross Schedule campaign​
