I’m calling today regarding your Shield / Coastal Comfort Club membership.  It is time to schedule your plumbing maintenance and safety evaluation.  This service is a whole home plumbing healthcare plan and it is included as part of your Shield membership. 

We will perform a water heater sediment flush and a 12-point safety inspection on the water heater.  We will test all emergency water cut offs to ensure they are working properly and safely.  We will perform a whole house flow test on the drains, test all faucets, tub and shower valves and dye test the toilets to ensure there are not money wasting leaks.

Once our plumber has finished, you will receive a complete whole home health care report on your entire plumbing system.

I’m calling today regarding your Shield / Coastal Comfort Club membership.  It is time to schedule your electrical maintenance and safety evaluation.  This service is a whole home electrical healthcare plan and it is included as part of your Shield membership. 

We will check your main panel and whole house disconnect. All light switches, receptacles, lighting and anywhere else that electricity flows through.  We will make sure that the breaker size and condition is safe and functional to keep your equipment like the AC, Furnace, and Water Heaters running effectively.  Our technician will also check smoke detectors and CO2 detectors to make sure they are operating correctly and safely.

Once our electrician has finished, you will receive a complete whole home health care report on your entire electrical system.

I’m calling today regarding your Shield Membership / Coastal Comfort Club Membership/ Energy Savings Agreement.    It is time to schedule your (FIRST or SECOND) HVAC Maintenance that is included with this.

Our technician will come out and clean the condenser and evaporator coils along with the fan blades.  They will check the thermostat settings, refrigerant levels, and all electrical connections to make sure your unit is operating safely.  They will inspect the air ducts, cabinet, and outside unit for any debris, leaks, or damages.  They’ll make sure the test the systems starting cycle and controls and compare the systems operations to the manufacturers specifications to ensure everything is operating as intended.

Once our technician has finished, he will go over any concerns with you at the time of service.
